6"×2" Medium heavy duty cast iorn rigid caster with side face brake | 600PF-150050R-01-STC

6"×2" Cast iron rigid casters w/ brake have exceptionally long wear life and they are ideal for warehousing, general material handling and manufacturing. In addition, they can be used in temperature extremes. 600PF-150050R-01-STC Series medium heavy duty casters with cast iron caster wheels are cold formed steel and recommended for medium to medium heavy duty applications.

Featured 6"×2" Medium heavy duty cast iorn rigid caster with side face brake

  • Top Plate: Cold formed from 6mm steel plate.

  • Fork Legs: 6 mm steel formed to increase strength and welded inside and outside to top plate.

  • Bearing & Axle: Standard straight roller bearing with drilled hardened steel spanner bushing and plastic side retaining thrust washers. 12.5mm diameter wheel solid axle complete with lock nut.

  • Lubrication: Zerk in wheel for easy lubrication.

  • Finish: Zinc plated to resist corrosion.

Custom made 6"×2" Medium heavy duty cast iorn rigid caster w/ brake

  • Side Washers: Metal step retaining thrust washers available.

  • Wheel Axle: 12.5 mm hollow axle with grease fitting available.

  • Finish: Electrophoresis black plated to resist corrosion available.
